commissions

commissions are paid with deviantart point due to me not being old enough to get a paypal account, but when im old enough i will switch asap. the first payment must be  made before i start the sketch and the last as soon as you can after that. i will not be giving out an unwatermarked image unless you have paid off the commission fully.

refunds

if you would like a refund for whatever reason, you must ask before i have finished the full image. if my peice is custom you will have to pay for what i have done of your peice so far. you cannot cancel a commission without paying for what i have already done.

work in progresses

work in progresses (or wips for short) will be given out after i complete each stage of my drawing process and will need you to accept or asked for things to be changed before i can continue. after i have done the lineart, however, i cannot  change too much to the peice afterwards. example, if you had commissioned a sitting dragon and wanted the tail to be thinner i could change that in the lineart or sketch phase. if you wanted me to make it stand up instead of sit, i couldn't do that if i had already completed the lineart. 

physical art

because of shipping costs (where i live stamps are really expensive) i cannot refund a physical peice of art in any way, shape or form.

prints

prints such as sewing patterns, bases and digital badges cannot be refunded if bought, because you can't un-print something. if you would like something changed if you had it customised, you can ask and i will fix it up free.
